A client of mine just reported that a new issues is happening that they have not seen in the past. When on the phone with someone after about a minute or so they can sometimes hear another phone ringing, the person on the other side can not hear the ringing. This seems to be a random issue.
They are using SPA504 phones with a UC320 with the 2.1.5 build. They are also using SIP (no analog lines are connected to the system).
This is the first I've heard of something like this on SIP. The Small Business Support Center can help enable TCPdump so you can capture the call. You will need a USB memory stick in the UC320W. Then the next time it happens, if the customer can leave the call up long enough for someone to start the capture, we can look at the audio and see if the mixed audio is happening locally or at the SIP service provider.
Small business owners are willing to try new ways to protect and grow their businesses by innovating, taking risks and pushing boundaries - and technology is a valuable tool to help drive that success.
