I need to configure on an UC520 a prompt to play when services are closed.
On Business hours my customer doesn't want AA, want's a ACD which I've already configured.
Does anyone have a clue??

Hi,
The only facilities that have "after hours" knowledge is CME and CUE, the B-ACD doesn't. You could have the calls enter the system through an ephone-dn that is CFA'd tot he B-ACD, withg call-forward night-service to a second B-ACD that would handle after hours.
Maybe can help.
