We're using a polycom soundstation ip 5000 conference phone with our Cisco UC540. Everything seems to be working as expected but the voice quality isn't great. The issue is that it is fairly choppy.
I am not quite sure how to resolve this (we no longer have our phones managed and brought all support in house)
Any help would be great.
