We have a UC560 (software pack 8.0.5), and are trying to get a CIPC softphone set up with it. The softphone works fine using the PC speakers/microphone, however when we try to use a Bluetooth headset (Jabra BT530) with it we get distorted audio. It's not a Bluetooth reception issue, because other audio plays fine through the headset. The distortion happens both ways on the audio stream (both the headset and the other end hear distortion). We are using the "headset" button in CIPC, but it doesn't sound any different using that or the speakerphone button. Audio from the tuning wizard sounds fine, and there doesn't appear to be any distortion heard when there's just a dialtone.
Any ideas on what I can try?
