Prefix in menu Auto Attendant

Hi all,

I made an Auto Attendant on a UC500.

This workx fine, only one problem

When a customer press 2 for service the phone rings on extention 23.

But when 23 is forwarded to an external number it doesn't work.

So I forward 23 to 006xxxxxxxxxx then it doesn't work.

When I call it from an other internal phone, this works fine.

When I forward to 06xxxxxxxx then the Auto Attendant works fine.

Now I cannot reach the phone from an internal number.

So there is a prefix that is configured in the Auto Attendant I think.

But I can't find it anywhere....

Any ideas?
