Problem with SPA 501 and MB100 Wall Mount Bracket

Per cisco's website we purchased the MB100 wall mount braket for SPA 501 phones.  The phone does not line up correctly with the wall mount and sometimes falls off the wall mount as it is not securing well.  Is there a fix for this or another bracket that is recommended for the SPA 500 series?

Unless something is physically wrong with the two cleats on the MB or the holes in the phone’s base I don't see how the whole phone is falling off.  Do you mean the whole phone or do you mean the handset?

2 problems.  The entire phone is loose on the wall mount and the wall mount is loose on the wall.  We fixed ourselves by purchasing rubber washers from local Menards and shimming both the phone to the mount and the mount to the wall.  Extra effort and labor that could easily be prevented by better quality control on the wall mount or including the rubber washers in the packing.

Did you take some before and after pictures of the wall mount? It would also be good to see how it was mounted.

To be honest I never experienced this on previous MB100 installs, but then again a lot can change over time and they may be built differently now than before.
