You are receiving a call with 2800 as called number, you can ask telco why, or make so that it goes to some destination.

yes, the complete number is 3143312800 the last 4 digits is for DID, how do you get that digits? or where do you see them.

or how can i change to receive all digits?

You can, for example, number extensions as 28xx. Or manipulate the digits received.

However to make a professional configuration I recommend you engage a reputable consultant, or UC certified cisco partner.

The UC500 system is not designed to be configured by end user or anybody without experience.
