Problems getting IP address on wifi connections

everything is fine on phones and PC connecting tthrough SG200 switch but laptops operating on wifi are not getting IP address from UC 320. UC 320 is the only DHCP server - handling voice and data - any pointers?

Have u configured ur wireless settings in ur UC 320 . If u configured than check that the DNS is configured correctly.

If these settings are fine than check the WiFi Local Area Network setting of ur laptop. Do the following:

Right click on the Wifi Local Area Network ---> Properties.

In the General tab, under "This connection uses the following Item".

Check the IPV4 & IPV6, select the automatically configure setting for both the IP & DNS settings.
