Something quick you can try: browse into CUE (10.1.10.1 by default) and navigate to AA>prompts and try to upload it from there instead of CCA.

Hi,
I'm going to agree with the previous poster. The web gui has always worked for me. Anyhow you should upgrade to the latest CCA version since this is a bug related to CCA bug which I reported in october which makes it impossible to upload prompts using CCA (Bug ID: CSCtc70375)
Also there might be a problem when using Windows 7/Vista. I've encountered a couple of interesting malfunctions when using these OS's with CCA. So I'm stuck with XP on my CCA/UC computer.
Best regards
Markus

Maybe is very too late, but i think I can help someone. I have the same problem and only change a line in cli
ip tftp source-interface Vlan1
where Vlan1 is my data vlan instead voice vlan. After that CCA could transfer the prompt.
Regards!
