Problems with key programming

I have had the following problems when programming keys using CCA2.0. If a key has been set to Overlay even after i change the key type i can not get rid of the overlay button that appears in the adjacent column.

Also i am finding that some of the keys that have Watch as the key type lose the extension name (for no apparent reason) and we are left only with the extension number. The keys have not been changed nor have the extensions??

Hi Mark,

I am not seeing the first issue. The Overlay button goes away fine if I change teh phone type. Does this happen before of after saving the cahnges?

On the seond issue, I do not understand what you mean. When you do watch, you can add a label for the watch button (by default, CCA uses the extension to be watched).
