Hi,
I have a client who strongly requests to have a "redial", "miss", and "answered" soft key on the idle screen of his SPA504g phone. I configured the psk1 option with "miss" and inputted it into the "Idle Key List" via the phone's browser. I also modified the template that's used when it pulls down it's provisioning from the asterisk server. It saves fine and/or pulls down fine, however, when the phone comes up, on the idle screen there is "redial", "a blank tab", "cfwd", "dnd". (see attachment)
No matter what I do, I can't get "miss" to appear... what am I doing wrong or not doing?
