"Forbidden" Displayed On Phone When Making Calls.

I have a customer with a UC320 and SPA 303 phones.  It is connected to 4 FXO lines.  The 320 is programmed as a PBX.  The customer complains that sometimes when she dials 9 to make a call, she gets the message "Forbidden".  It will not let her "go outside". She  hangs up and tries again and then she is allowed to make an outside call.  Sometimes she has to try twice.  The FXO's have been tested and they test okay.  This sometimes occurs when she is the only one in the office thus the other 3 FXO's are not in use.

Has anyone experienced this ?  If so do you have a fix ?  As always suggestions are appreciated.

Hi Jon,

I'd suggest turning on the logs for each of the FXO ports (Status -> Support Tools -> Log).  Ask the customer to contact you immediately after the problem occurs and not the time on the phone when the problem happens.  Then capture the logs and open a ticket with the Small Business Support Center where someone can take a look at the logs.
