Re-Registeration Problem with IP Phone SPA922,

Dear all,

We are using some IP Phones SPA922 in our office, and i am trying to register a registered Telephone second time through web-access internet explorer, it is accepting the newly registered name and extension number, after few minutes it reboots and then displays the first registered name and extension and newly registered is completely removed. I tried restore factory setting and firmware update,

But it is not solved yet, could any one give me any idea how to solve this problem,,

Sounds like the profile rule is populated and the phone resyncs to the info set there after reboot.  You can disable the provisioning by going to the provisioning tab and set the 'provision enable' to no.
