Recording phones on BE3000

  Hi,

I've looked throug the BE3000 documentation and can find no mention of recording profiles being supported on this platform. Do we need to do SPAN based recording on this rather than SIP forking?

I searched through the dta sheets and the belo Admin guide but there is no mention of Recording here.

Recording is not supported on BE3000. It is on roadmap for future releases.

This should be possible as it is over the top, but we have not validated any solution yet. That means there is no BE3000 partner specific documentation to achieve it, but again, should be possible.

We use it and it's SO SIMPLE... one app to install on some old core2duo PC and you get a web page will all the recordings. No Windows server required etc..

You do need to enable port mirroring on a switch to cpature the packets. Have not tried it with the BE3000 but works a treat with the UC500s
