I put in the request to remove my centric line form my pstn. How would I remove that configure from the UC520 and can this been done, so whenever the phone company removed the centric line, I will not loose the phones?

What type of line/port is this? FXO, ISDN, SIP? And are you replacing it with another PSTN connection?

It's in a FXO port and No we are not removing or replacing the line. We are removing the 9 on the pstn to make an outbound call

So you want to remove the access code on the UC500? If so, you have a few options:
