"Recommendation: Click 'Resolve' to open the 'VLAN Interface Settings'

Changed network cables several times.

Checked the configurations on the switches.

Configured for VLAN 1 (Data) as the Management VLAN.

Both VLANS 1 & 100 are Enabled on both Switches

Do you have any other VLAN's configured on any of the devices?

If not, can you gather the CCA logs and attach them?

No VLANs other than the Default UC-520 VLANs

1 - Data - 192.168.10.0/30

100 - Voice- 10.1.1.0/30

When looking through the logs, I see this quite often.

com.cisco.cpnm.frmwrk.net.DeviceException: 401: Authorization Failed

It looks like there might be some problems with CCA accessing the switches?  Can you delete them from the community and readd them?

Do I do this in the Connect settings in CCA?

Procedure?

On the topology page, you should be able to right click on it and click remove from community.  Refresh the topology, add it back to the community.  That should bring up a page to put in your credentials.

Is this a multisite deployment?

Negative - Single site

It is still 'Losing sync' and then resync's without any User action.

the three components are in the same Equipment Rack and as I said before the uplink cables have been replaced.

Can you post a screen shot of the error?  Can you also post a screen shot of what it looks like when you try to resolve it?

Thanks

Word doc of screen captures of the Event Notification Screen and the VLAN screen that pops up if you click the Reslove button of the Event Notification.

Even if I select either VLAN the only options are to Add or Delete. Modify is never accessable.
