We have a client interested in the SBCS, but all the computers in their office are Macs. I'm wanting to know if there are ways to run software such as IP Communicator and Unified CallConnector other than a virtual Windows machine through parallels.
Also, are their any features of the SBCS that would work with an iPhone?
Thanks;

Hi Richard,
The Cisco IP Communicator is available only in the windows version and the same is true for UCC as it uses underlying windows infrastructure to communicate to the UC500 (using TAPI). One workaround most commonly used by the MAC users is to use a windows emulation like VMware to launch windows and run these applications through that mode.
As for the iPhone, see if you find the following useful:

Hi,
Just wanted to jump in and put in my request for Mac support as well. I know in the Enterprise space with the acquisition of Jabber, Macs are a lot better positioned and have all the goddies, but why is this not coming down to the SMB space?
Thanks
Bob
Hi Bob,
I will relay your message to our Product management team.
Thanks,
