I failed to mention that the SSC Operator Console and IP communicator needs to run in a Citrix environment.

My guess is that it is not supported as I have not found any documentation to prove otherwise. Can anyone from the SCC team confirm this?

Hi Steve,
Currently SCC/UCC products don't support Citrix.

Hi,
Is it supported if we connect the softphone to a deskphone. I thought the only issue was audio which would be handled by the deskphone?
