Screen Pops for UC500

I have a customer that has a UC560 and would like to pop customer details on a screen based on the dialed number. Does anyone know of anything that would be appropriate?

Hi Ed,

Are you wanting a CRM solution that will work with the UC?

Can you clarify a little further about what it is exactly the client is after (Lost in terminology at the moment )

They have a CRM, they just want to be able to pop customer details to the screen when the call comes in.
