is there a way to change call forward all on a cu500 from outside the office?

This can be completed using the CLI.
Under the users ephone-dn, you would enter the following:
call-forward all 201
Where 201 is the extension I am call forwarding to.

Hi Barry,
If you have remote access via VPN then you can use Office Manager, which ideally would be a better option than CLI configuration.... Do you have VPN access direct to the UC?
