Setting Time-Zone on a per phone basis in CME

I have a few remote VPN Users with home phones but in different time-zones than the CME Router.  Is there a way to set the time-zone on a per phone basis so these phones show the right time?  I am running CME 8.5 on a 2801 router and these are 7965 phones.  I researched options with ephone-templates and also using VRF with groups in telephony-service but I didn't see a way to do this.

Simply put - It cannot be done.

This is a function of Cisco's Communications Manager (Call Manager).  CME does not have the ability to does this.
