SIP Caller Line Identification

Hi

We have a UC560 with all outbound calls via SIP. When the SIP was initially setup (UK) they associate a test number (which remains with the SIP trunk) before the main 'live' number is ported from ISDN2 to the SIP. Within the UC, I'm sure that I have changed the outbound dial plan for the number ported over to the SIP trunk to be presented as the CLI however when outbound calls are made, it still shows the test number. Any ideas on where to further make modifications on the UC? Thanks in advance.

Hello,

This is a translation rule issue.

Can you post your config, or at least the outgoing dial-peers and translation profiles and rules?

Also, it is possible that the SIP provider won't allow you to use the ISDN number as the caller ID, until that number is ported to the SIP provider.
