So we just switched from an Asterisk box to a UC540 and are testing with one teleworker phone, SPA525G. Inbound and outbound calls with the phone work fine. If someone calls in, they get the AA and then can dial the user extension.
However, if the extension on the SPA525G doesn't get answered, the call goes to dead silence after the timeout period. I've left the inbound phone on for about 3 minutes and it never drops the call or does a fast busy or anything. It's just dead silence.
I can dial the voicemail from the SPA525G just fine but can't seem to find where the inbound send to voicemail is giving me such an issue. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. It was all configured with CCA as a heads up.

That is helpful information but I already have those settings configured properly. Any thoughts on the issue I'm having?
