Smart CallConnector Operator - phone disconnected

Running Server 2.0.0.89b, Operator 1.6.0.16, using 525G phone.

After logging into operator, says "The phone has been disconnected. Status Code:-1.

How can I fix?

PS. I get same message when trying to use 504G phone, which I KNOW is not supported as Operator phone.

** I'm 50 minutes away from Operator tng @ customer site & now this install is doing same thing!! Different pc & 7962 phone!!

Have you tried restarting the SCC server services? That can help with these situations.

If the problem persists, issue a show ephone and see if the server has an open TAPI connection to that phone you are trying to control.
