SNR - Single Number Reach - On Off

I need to be able to turn off and on SNR right from the phone but it looks like it only allows to change the number.  Is it possible to enable/disable right from the phone?  Seems odd it's not there.

Hit the softkey "mobility" and press select to disable it or enable it.  If you don't see the mobility softkey it could actually be a bug (CSCTN00437).  There is a conflict with the locale and the ephone.  When the locale is changed to US instead of U5, the template should come up correctly.  Call small business support and this should be a quick fix for you if that's the issue.

You have to make a ephone-template and put the mobility softkey in it. After that is done it will shop up in the phone display (you need to apply the ephone-template on the phones and restart).

Here is and example:

ephone-template  1

softkeys idle  Redial Newcall Cfwdall Pickup Gpickup Dnd Login Mobility

softkeys seized  Redial Endcall Cfwdall Pickup Gpickup Callback

softkeys connected  Hold Endcall Trnsfer Confrn Acct Park Mobility

type 7940

ephone 1

ephone-template 1

These templates are actually already built-in by CCA and CCA will apply the correct template according to the features enabled.  The bug I mentioned above can cause an issue where if any template is used, the softkeys will not show up properly.
