softkey for transfer to a particular extension

is it possible to create a softkey to tranfer a call to a particular extension ?

The available softkeys for transfer are regular transfer and transfer to voicemail. You can configure monitor keys on the line buttons of the phone, and that allows direct transfer to the specified extensions, among other things. You could also configure speed dials and map them to an available line button, and then easily transfer to that number by pressing transfer and then such button.

Dear hasratraj,

CCA2.2 will let you setup a Monitor Button on a Phone Button.

You can also use trough this with the  Unified Communications 500 Series - Administration website (10.1.10.1 by default).

Play arroung with it till you get the result you want.
