Softkey more timeout

Hey all,

Could someone give me a run down on why after pressing the more softkey after about 4 seconds it reverts back to the first page of softkey options. Customer compains that he's trying to conference he's looking up a number and it reverts back too quickly. Is there anyway to extend the time or lose it all together for the softkeys to timeout? Thanks for the help.

Softkey timers are not configurable in CME. One possibility is to re-arrange the button layout in the ephoen template to display the most common buttons in the first row. If you decide to do this, remember to follow the OOB Guide, since this configuration is not possible today in CCA.
