We just updated the firmware on all of our SPA504G phones to version 7.4.9c from 7.4.3 - the primary reason was to fix voice quality issues.
What happend to the SoftKey setup? After the firmware update all of our custom softkey setup is gone. We used to have a screen like this:

I need to reset the Idle and Connected key list as well as program 4 PSK settings.
