Some SPA phones not ringing when in-use

I am using the SPA 504's and 303g phones in an asterisk / FreePBX environment.  For some reason if a user is on the phone and another call comes in, the phone does not ring.  I enabled all three line keys on the 303's as Ext1, and all 4 on the 504's.  I can hit line key1,2,or 3 and make calls, but when the phone is in use and another call comes in, it does not ring or allow me to pick up that call from the phone.  Any ideas on if this is an option that can be enabled/disabled for the phone to be able to ring when in use?   Thanks a lot for your help.  Jim

I figured out what the issue was at this particular setup. 

In Admin->Advanced->Ext1  Line enabled is set to "Yes" (this is fine)

Admin->Advanced->Ext2 Line enabled was set to "Yes"  This needs to be set to "No"

Admin->Advanced->Ext3 Line enabled was set to "Yes"  This needs to be set to "No"

After I did that, now the phone rings when a new call comes in, when the phone is being used.
