SPA 303 - Call forwarding gets enabled without user intervention?

I have a SPA 303 I'm using with a hosted PBX service through Intermedia.

I've had a client whose phone seems to randomly enable call forwarding on the handset itself, disabling/bypassing our server side call forwaring 'find me, follow me' settings.

I've checked every setting I can think of, and looked at call logs - the phone really does seem to have a mind of its own. I've seen calls start getting forwarded to strange random numbers during periods where I know my client is out of state, and she has a one person office - not even a janitor has physical access to her phone during that time.

Has anyone ever seen this behavior? Can call forwarding be enabled by remote SIP provisioning or something? Ideas? Is there a way to completely disable the call forwarding function on a SPA303?

You can provision the phone and disable the call fwd service.  Those services are located in the Phone tab, you'll see Cfwd All, Cfwd Busy and Cfwd No Ans.  Default is yes.
