SPA 303 constantly upgrading firmware

See the picture below. Once and hour, all 20 of my phones will do this. It lasts about 10 seconds. From time to time it will also say initializing network. Please help!

Probably wrong firmware - inappropriate for your model or incompatible with the current firmware version. Unfortunately, you provided no details about the firmware you have or the firmware you are trying to burn, so no way to advise. Read release notes - it may (or may not) help.
