SPA 502 G limited to 1 line

Hi, I have one UC560 and 80 units SPA 502 G, the client wants to have the SPA 502 G 1 single line, but by default it comes with 2 lines, as I change it?

The 502 is a 1 line ip phone, you can only put a single phone number onto it, you can however put multiple call appearances on it so that you can take a second call by placing the first on hold.

To make the phone not ring while a person is on a call set the number of call appearances to 1.

We make the change on our switch so a second call would ring buisy.  Try looking around on the

UC560 to see if you have a field you can change.

On Metaswitch it is called Maximum Call appearances.
