I have recently implemented a new SIP phone system called 3CX. All the phones we used are the SPA 508g ver. 7.5.2c. One of the issues I'm running into is that when someone is on hold there is no setting to have a reminder ringback to the ext that has the caller on hold. I can setup a reminder ringback for calls on park through the 3cx phone system but the on hold setting must be set on the Cisco phone itself. Is there are way I can setup the ringback timer for calls on hold?
