We have an SPA 509G ip phone on our network that is automatically call forwarding by itself. It has firmware version 7.5.2b. Often, without the user making any changes, it will show on the screen the message "Calls Forwarded" but not give the number that the calls are being forwarded to. The user will have to hit "-cfwd" on the display to take it off call forwarding.
We recently factory reset and reprovisioned this phone, and we have verified that no call forwarding is being pushed down from our softswitch.
What would be causing this, and how can we fix it?
