Hi,
we are having a weird problem with the SPA-9000 and voip MS as our provider.
Outbound calls are perfect. However on an incoming call after we provided the phone extension to the auto attendant,
the inbound call looses inbound voice and then an outbound call is generated toward the calling phone number.
It takes a bit less than 10 seconds. Voice is flowing in both directions until that "timeout" occurs somehow.
I did not trace the SIP traffic yet but I am a bit baffled as to why this thing occurs.
We have only 303 cisco phones here all to the latest firmware version. SPA-9000 is also at the latest fiormware version
all runing behind a firewall.
I'll post more info as i get some. Meanwhile if anyone encountered the issue, I would welcome any pointers...
