HI!
My SPA303 stuck into forever rebooting:
1) It's starts, light are flashing
2) Cisco Logo
3) Initializing Network
4) Checking DNS
5) Reboot and all the same from №1 position.
So i'm not able restore factory settings from menu just beacuse i have no time to do that.
I think there must way to hard reset phone to default settings without menu system.
Please help me.

It sounds like the network cable is still connnected, can you disconnect that and have just the power connected? Then see if you can get into the menu?

I've got same result with plugged and unplugged network cable.
Still reboots.

When you have the Initializing network screen, you should have time to access the phone menu (at least if you use dhcp).
Do you have a BMP picture loaded in the screen?
If so, it could be our problem... https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3786793#3786793
Let me know, because I'm going crazy about this!
