SPA400 Caller ID Problem with elastix and SPA9000

Hello. I'm From Greece and i have provider Forthnet S.A.

I setup the SPA400 first with wizard and with a SPA9000 and SPA303 and i see that i did't have caller ID only Anonymous Caller with Tone Method (European FSK) And with Tone Method (North America) Show my land line number.

Olso I test several Tone Methods But nothing. I use the latest beta firmware (1.1.2.3 - test build AU CID mix).

Also i test it with elastix but the same thing, no caller id. I read SPA400Configuration_060109.pdf and i put the the same setting but nothing.
