spa400 drop line

dir everyone:

     I have a system spa9000+spa400+spa942 phone.

     when i call out use spa400 pstn,afer 3 minutes the call auto hang up. redial the same number,2 minutes later call auto hang up.

redial again, 1minutes later call hang up.

    every drop line the spa942 display callend.

    any one can give me a suggest?

Are you on the latest firmware on all three devices?

Has this always been doing this, or did it just happen?

I update firmware to latest version.

almost every i try it,it has the same problem.

I try to rest spa9000 spa400 to factory set,and reconfig them,it has the same problem.

I change the power supply module,it same problem.

but when I use analog phone link to PSTN directly,the analog phone work ok.

I called isp,and they check and test the link,the line is ok.

Try setting up debugging on the spa9000 and capture the data with a syslog server.

We can look at the logs and see what the powercycling reasons are.

    I capture the spa9000 and spa400 twice , spa400 not plug usb stick.Red color is happen at time drop line.

    two log show the something  about dropline, bbc:end and cc:end.

  the first attached is the first call, all log in spa9000(from dial t
