SPA500s BLFs not working

Cannot get the SPA500S to show BLFs once we upgraded the firmware to 7.4.8 from 7.4.3. Has their been a change in how we need write the config?

Current config template that previously worked in 7.4.3:

  <Unit_2_Enable ua="na">No</Unit_2_Enable>

SPA500s BLFs not working

yes, the profile format is different for each version of firmware.

download the profile compiler here

http://www.cisco.com/cisco/software/type.html?mdfid=282724650&flowid=5300

or

http://www.cisco.com/cisco/software/release.html?mdfid=282724650&flowid=5300&softwareid=282562500&release=7.4.8&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest

to  create a new template for 7.4.8 (in windows)

unzip the files

go to the folder

--sample-profile output_filename

It's probably a good idea to use that template for all configuration / provisioning of the phones with that version of firmware.  Some features may have been added and some may have changed.
