We are trying to get attended transfer working with a SPA500s. Steps:
- Answer call
- Press Transfer button
- Press relevant button on SPA500s. Nothing happens
We have enabled syslogging and there is nothing produced in the syslog at all when the console button is pressed.
Note that blind transfer, call pickup, BLF works fine. When performing a blind transfer for example the syslog reports the details of the button being pressed etc.
Button configuration (note that we have tried various configurations):
