Cannot get the SPA500S expansion module to work on SPA525G phone. CCA does not show the module when trying to add the module under the user/phones template. This is a UC540 running 12.4 software. CCA is 3.0.

Fixed by upgrading to latest release 15. Now shows up in user profile in CCA.

That did seem very old SW.
Keep in mind that IOS includes CME. CME is what recognizes the phones.
