SPA502G UK Daylight Saving Time Rule

Hi All,

Can anyone shed any light on the correct Daylight Saving Time Rule for the SPA502G for the UK?

I tried to figure it out and currently have the following rule entered in the phone: start=3/-1/7/01:0:0;end=10/-1/7/01:0:0;save=1. Time Zone is set to 'GMT' and Daylight Saving Time Enable is set to 'yes'.

The clocks went forward this weekend and the phone is still showing the time an hour behind. I have lots of these phones around our company so I'm keen to get this to automatically change.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Try the following rule instead:

start=3/-1/7/2;end=10/-1/7/2;save=1

I've just entered the rule into the phone and rebooted, and the time didn't change - the time is still one hour behind.

I guess it is time to troubleshoot your NTP Server.
