SPA504G Replying to 200 OK with Wrong IP Address

Hi

We are expericing a very strange issue with our SPA504G.  The phone registers fine with our hosted SIP provider, but when an outbound call is made the call lasts for 30secs then it's hung up by the provider. 

 

I ran Wireshark and i can see that the provider's server sends a "200 OK" when the call is answered but the phone replies with an ACK and an IP address and port that are not assigned to the phone, we dont even use this 172 range.

Now obviisouly its receiving these ack back with the  incorrect details so it keeps sending these out for 5 times and then the call is killed off with a BYE.

 

The even stranger thing is that if the user dials out again immediately after, the call is fine and will stay connected.  Looking at the packets beening sent this time, the phone is sending the correct IP in the ack.

 

Has anyone else seen this behavior ?

Software version is 7.6.2f. We have also tried phones with 7.5.2 and they do the same
