SPA504g w/ SPA500s speed dial asterisk

Hello I have a SPA504g that is connected to the SPA500s attendant console.

I have it working to monitor an extension and call the extension. (fnc=sd+blf+cp;sub=5401@192.168.1.111)

I can not figure out how to just use it dial phone external phone numbers - use it just for speed dials.

for example when you press key 1 have it dial a outside phone number like 8003102355

Any idea how to program this?

Hi Tony,

If I understand you correctly, you don't want blf (busy lamp field) and cp (call pickup) capabilities, you just want sd (speed dial)

Change from this:

     fnc=sd+blf+cp;sub=5401@192.168.1.111

To this:

     fnc=sd;sub=5401@192.168.1.111

or to this:

     fnc=sd;sub=913615551212@192.168.1.111 [assuming 9 is a steering digit and you want to dial 1-361-555-1212]
