SPA508G firmware update failed

Dear Community users,

I have a SPA508G with firmware version 7.6.0, and try to update to 7.6.2g, using TFTP update command URL like http://172.20.4.100/admin/upgrade?tftp://172.20.4.27/spa50x-30x-7-6-2g.bin.

The phone begins the update, the TFTP server receives the request and the file starts to download, but the transfer always stop near the end with a timeout error message, and the phone is never upgraded.

Can you help me to idenfy what is happening?

Of course - just turn on the logs, catch them then read them. If you will not understand the meaning, ask there.
