SPA508G + SPA500S/DS with BLF >24 lines

I'm trying to diagnose a fault we are seeing with with the SPA508G and sidecar where when we assign more than 24 lines they will not show on the sidecar.

The lines up to 24 work fine and the line state is indicated as expected, anything above this just doesn't show up.

The broadsoft documentation states it can assign up to 50 monitor lines.

The handset firmware is 7.5.3

Has anyone seen this issue or may be able to point me in the right direction ?

Hi Alberti,

What softswitch are you using and is there a SBC at the perimeter.

If yes what SBC are you using. In ACME there is a flag by name sip-message-length. this needs to be increased to allows more BLF as the xml file size increases with the number of users.
