SPA509G Dial plan ?

Hi, i have a few SPA509G phones and i've created a queue in my asterisk and when i try to logon on i press 123* and e get a busy tone saying invalid numer...

this is the original dial plan:

(*xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)

i've changed it to:

(*xxx*|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)

and still getting the same problem...

any ideias ?

If you mean to dial 123*, then the dial plan would be 123* and no * is in front of that.

You mean to dial when you say logon?  Or is logon when you are already connected in a call?

You can also debug the SIP messages when you are entering this 123*, debug log info at this link
