SPA50G Phone Issues

We have 3 phones in our office and the phine will randomly update itself  at all times of the day rendering itself useless.

Also the phone will not transfer a call. The second XSFER option never appears.

Both issues are matter of configuration. Configuration of your phone as well as configuration of the provisioning server you are using. As we know no details, we are unable to help. Please ask provisioning server administrator for help.
