Need help. I have 2 Cisco SPA514G phones that seem to be locked and I do not have passwords. I was using them with RingCentral. Now I switched to Vonage and they can't help me initialize the phones as they say they are locked. I called CISCO and they said that the phones are not eligible for technical support unless purchase a technical support package . Anyone have any ideas how to reset these things?

What's the exact value of VID-PID printed on the bottom of the phone ?

Hi,
You may contact RingCentral to get the unique password to unlock the mentioned IP Phone.
Note: On the IVR option 73738 restores the phone to the factory default software and settings.
