We have tried to register SPA525G and SPA504Gwith 3rd party SIP server, but it shows Failed(No Responce), I used the same IP and tried to register with Xlite, it was successful, i'm wonder why this phones are not registering with same Public SIP server.

Please guide to troubleshoot this

Here is a guide to configure SPA phone to work with one particular 3rd party server:

http://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/cisco-spa50xg/

Also make sure your phone is running SIP.  They come out of box wanting to run proprietary SCPC protocol.
